Nothing wood leaves as landfill waste. Sound boards become reclaimed lumber; spent fiber becomes mulch, bedding and biomass; metal is separated and recycled.
Document the impact
We keep diversion records you can put into ESG and Scope 3 disclosures. Circularity you can't measure is just marketing.
Price circularity to win
Reuse only scales if it's the cheaper choice too. We engineer routes, repairs and grading so the green option is also the economical one.
Full loop, one partner
We won't cherry-pick the easy pallets and leave you the mess. We take the broken ones, the odd sizes and the surplus — the whole pile.

Compliance and standards behind the pledge
A pledge is only as good as the paperwork that backs it. Here's what we hold ourselves to.
- ISPM-15 compliantWe supply heat-treated wood packaging that meets the International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15 required for international shipments.
- IPPC-registered facilityOur facility is authorized to apply the IPPC wheat stamp with our registered treatment code to certified export pallets.
- Heat treatment (HT) recordsWe maintain treatment logs showing wood cores reached 56°C for at least 30 minutes, available to customers for compliance documentation.
- GMA grading standardsWe grade and repair 48×40 pallets to accepted Grocery Manufacturers Association conventions so #1 and #2 designations mean the same thing to every customer.
- Zero-waste-to-landfill practicesOur recycling stream diverts sound boards to repair, ground fiber to mulch and biomass, and nails to scrap metal, keeping nearly the whole pallet out of the landfill.
- Sustainability and diversion reportingFor managed accounts we document landfill diversion, pounds of wood recovered, and estimated CO₂ avoided to support ESG and zero-waste reporting.

Our word on grade and condition is the foundation of every order. We inspect carefully and describe pallets plainly so you get exactly what you paid for.

We quote firm, transparent pricing and break down what drives the number. We would rather earn a repeat customer than win one order with an inflated quote.

Warehouses run on schedules, so we deliver and pick up when we say we will. Dependable turnaround is worth more to our customers than any sales pitch.

Solve the whole problem
Supply is only half the job, so we handle removal, buyback, and recycling too. When you hand us the pallet problem, we take all of it off your plate.

Every board has a next use
When a pallet is finally beyond repair, the pledge doesn't stop — it changes shape. Sound boards are pulled for reboarding and remanufacturing, the rest is ground into landscape mulch, animal bedding, and boiler-grade biomass, and the nails are magnetically separated for scrap. What leaves our yard as waste is measured in nails, not wood — and for managed accounts, we'll put the diversion numbers on the record for your ESG reporting.
